Who we are
This website (nizak.org) is operated by Nizak, a marketing agency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to share with us, and limited technical data:
- Contact details you send us through WhatsApp, email or phone — such as your name, phone number, email address, business name and the content of your message.
- Job applications, including your CV and portfolio, if you apply for a role.
- If you accept cookies: anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected by analytics and advertising tools.
How we use your data
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals or audits you request.
- To provide and manage our services if you become a client.
- To review job applications.
- To understand how our website is used and improve our marketing (only with your consent).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Forms and WhatsApp
Our website forms do not store your data on our servers. When you submit a form, it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics or social media pixels) only after you accept them in the cookie notice. You can decline, and the website will still work normally. You can also clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as email, messaging, hosting and analytics providers), when required by law, or with your consent. Some providers may process data outside the Kingdom; where this happens we take the measures required by the PDPL.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is collected and used.
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
